To allow for quick turnaround, we request artwork be submitted in either Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator file formats. Vector images are preferred.
If submitted artwork requires any clean up or if not submitted in the required formats, a design surcharge will be applied.

What steps do I follow to order my custom garment or item?
All that is needed for you to order a custom design item is submit artwork that you are requesting to be imprinted, as well as quantity, colour(s) of the design, colour and style of shirt(s) and size specifications through our custom order form. We will contact you within 5 business days to discuss your design, and walk through any additional information needed. Once the design, and garment details are finalised, your garment(s) and / or item(s) will be created and ready for local pickup or shipped out within 7-10 days. Out of Province Shipping and larger quantity orders please add +5 days.
Why won't you create my item with a custom design I submitted?
We reserve the right to decline any custom design that we deem to be a copyright infringement.
My design is finalised, and I am about to order my custom shirt. Are there other accessories I can imprint my design on?
Once your design has been uploaded and finalised, we can imprint your design on more than just a custom t-shirt. Tote bags, banners, and even pressure-sensitive auto and wall stickers can use the same design.

How do I take care of my custom design garment?
Our designs can come with a variety of techniques. Garments may be Silkscreened, use Vinyl Heat Transfer Material, Flock, Discharge, Metallic Foil, + / or Rhinestones.
We recommend for all of our custom designs to wash the garment inside out on delicate in cold or warm water. Hand Washing is preferred. Air drying or low heat settings are the best to support the longevity of your garment.
